The Funky series of components blend together functional art and audio into a vibrant and unique piece that has as much personality as its owner, or its creator. Funky components are derived from upcycled chassis of unrepairable components heading to the trash, giving new life and purpose to what is typically planned obsolescence. The most common donated chassis are surround sound or home theater receivers.
Every internal component that could be recycled such as the transformer, heat sinks, binding posts, and RCA inputs were reused, with a complete new modern integrated amplifier circuit inside. Plug and play upgrades are available depending on model.
Wattage outputs vary by the transformer used or chassis size.
Level 1 - 28 to 35 watts into 8 ohms
Level 2 - 40 to 50 watts into 8 ohms
